Unpopular

In today's world the change from being popular to becoming unpopular seems to be a natural phenomenon - politicians being a glaring example.

One exception appears to be bloggers where a chosen few listed as 'Popular users', appear to be listed as 'Popular users' forever, some having been inactive for much longer than a year.

Somebody obviously forgot that a change is as good as a holiday.

Nobody likes stale bread.

A fresh batch will be very welcome.

There's an old belief - It's not what you know but who you know.

Scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.

But problem here is that the same popular people, become ever popular and it leaves no ground for many other people....And smaller blogs often entertain more

There is a blogger Tyuallpenry, I think thats how you spell it s/he's on my friends list anyway who publishes a list of blogs s/he finds interesting fr precisely the reasons you mention. Wrth checking out as my usual method of looking via recent posts seems recently to be filled with people selling shit.

The same can be said for the 'Active Users'.. Some have been Inactive for months!

Hi Skip. I totally agree. Apparently, some users complained about the same thing and the powers that be said they were going to change them. It happened for about a week and went back to the same old bloggers. I have appeared once I think and that was the week different bloggers did appear.
Seeing the same old blogs on there is like saying 'everyone elses blogs are crap' IMHO.

I agree too. If you with so many profile views have a problem with exposure, then I can see little purpose in staying here. I write a blog for it to be read. I shall probably give it a month or so and start to mirror mine elsewhere and then move them on.

Skip, it might be a good idea to bring it up either in the Help blog or in the Suggestions blog. Because you're right, the whole statistics don't make sense.
