Here in New Zealand our stupid roof-top piddler was let off with police diversion after pleading guilty to urinating into a public parking meter. What a relief for him.
Because of our very watery justice system, he escaped with a $200 fine and no criminal conviction. What a joke.
The word is quickly spreading - 'Piddle to your hearts content anywhere and everywhere in Nanny's Nation'.
