Taken recently while strolling through one of our local gardens spreading over almost 12 acres.

Hoping that this photo may brighten your day in some small way.

Great picture. It is food for the soul. I never understood people who thought they could create anything half as beautiful as nature can, but of course the hand of man was in the composition of this part of the garden. Can you tell us where this was taken? Cheers. SquarePeg

Thank you for your very interesting comment. We live in Hamilton New Zealand. Over the past three years blogging here, I have shared many similar photos.

It certainly has brightened my day. Such beautiful colours. I just wish we had anything nearly as nice as that around my neck of the woods.
Still, I've got Horsell Common to explore. I've lived here all my life and I'm still finding interesting parts of it.

We're sure that Horsell Common has plenty of its own special beauty and we hope that you continue to enjoy all that it offers for a very long time.

Great pic. If I close my eyes, perhaps I'd be able to hear the water running. :)
