Congratulations for being kind enough to do your best to identify the gentleman. He is neither Charlie nor me but you were very close to his location geographically.
I note that there have been many visitors since I posted this picture but you are the only one willing to have a try. We have a saying that you have to be in to win and as an appreciation of your effort I'll inform you in a day or two who the gentleman is.
