Are there lazy bloggers?

Here is an extract from a recent report.

" A blog that is doing its job is short, snappy, has frequent posts and is

interactive. A poorly written or neglected blog with infrequent entries can

leave a visitor with a poor image of the blogger, such as laziness."

I don't think there are any rules on how a blog should be. It is up to each one of us to decide!
