Lambs to the slaughter.

Time to Act.

We hear about and we talk about NEWS - NEWS - NEWS !

Surely the time has come to realize that it is mainly PROPAGANDA.

We hear, we read, and we listen to whatever is dished up to us about war, gossip and scandal, day after day and year after year. If there is something distasteful to grab hold of, it is rammed down our throats till we are utterly sick of it.

There are many wonderful, positive, and very significant happenings occuring throughout our world that simply get passed over time after time.

Are we being politically and negatively conditioned for the benefit of the selfish few ?

Let's hope that before too long we will refuse to be sucked in any longer.

I once thought of starting a newspaper with only positive news to make up for all the disasters and scandals we read about all the time. I only get depressed when reading newspapers and watching the news on TV.

Our feelings are very much alike in this regard.

You're right. The media is only keen on sensation, sensation. Some TV stations (BBC World, for example) try to bring the occasional positive or "cute" news at the end of their news segment, but that's only a drop on the hot stone.

But the really bad propaganda comes from politicians. They lie, and we (are expected to) believe it. Remember when Bush started his war, and the censorship that was implemented in the US? Bad, really bad.

I guess you just can't believe everything the media say...

Oh, incidentally, have you seen this blog yet? Might be to your taste ;)
