Yes, another of my New Year changes. Each morning and evening I take a hill walk around the block, as we say.

No matter which way I go there are hills, and I mean hills to climb. One hill is very steep indeed and when I conquer that one without missing a step, I think of Sir Ed's famous words - ' We knocked the bastard over! '

The trip is 4.3km giving me a total of 8.6km of breath taking exercise - less than an hour required each day.
