We all have our favourite meat dishes
No argument about this one. My favourite by far is the old fashioned casserole using beef blade steak, which ends up melting in the mouth!
Variety is provided by adding carrots and onion along with maybe kidney or bacon.
The trimmings come with the addition of delicious dumplings and of course the cornflour thickening.
Any other casserole lovers out there?
Maybe there are other meat dishes that you favour............

Yes, that's the one I eat. Kidney rather than bacon, and turnips as well as carrots. I also thicken the gravy with wheat flour rather than cornflour.
