Our good friend Charlie from Chico California recently took an extended holiday with his wife Diane. We have just received this impressive photo which provides a very wide view of the City where they spent most of their time.
Who is first to recognise the city - or make a top winning guess.
No name signs visible this time - or are there? lol

Well, Tallulahlee didn't guess Paris though he did say that he NEARLY made Paris his first guess instead of his actual first guess Philly - and regardless of the clues not to avoid the obvious often of one's own making, he never made Paris his guess.
However, you being the Phantom Clicker and finding all the place signs as you always have, will agree that with the answer being PARIS we should and do have TWO JOINT WINNERS!
