She certainly looks very tall. I should say at least seven foot; weight 14 st. and the photo looks like it was taken in California.
I'm six foot three myself; and one day I was in a fish and chip shop in town and this female college student came in and she must have been six inches taller than me.

We Indians are arely that tall. But you need short people in the world to define 'height'.
